- Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over €50. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of will be applied at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my jersey?

Our current delivery time is between 7 and 12 business days. Please note: If you ordered a personalized jersey, it may take an additional 2-4 days for our team to prepare it before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to football fans all over the world. 


- Product & Sizing

How do I know which size to choose?

Football jerseys can vary depending on the era (retro vs. modern). We highly recommend checking our [Size Guide] link to see exact measurements in centimeters for adults and children.

Can I customize my jersey with any name and number?

Absolutely! You can add your own name and number or your favorite player’s. Just make sure to double-check the spelling, as customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Are the jerseys high quality?

At Eleven Legacy, we are fans first. We only source jerseys with high-quality embroidery,  and durable fabrics so you can wear them on the pitch or in the stands for years.


- Orders & Tracking

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched (usually 2-4 days after purchase), you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it, check your "Spam" folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to meet our delivery times. You have 10 hours after placing an order to request a change or cancellation. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

- Returns & Refunds


What is your return policy?

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. The jersey must be unused, with all original tags attached. Note: Personalized jerseys and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns.

What if my jersey arrives damaged?

If there is a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, please email us at elevenlegacysupport@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.


- Payments & Security

Is it safe to buy on your website?

100%. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses SSL encryption to protect your data. We never store your credit card information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal or Klarna.
